They need help getting to a healthier place before they can truly embrace a healthier mindset.\nThat’s where safeTALK comes in. SafeTalk is a 4-hr. alertness workshop that prepares participants to become Safety Connectors who can recognize and help someone in distress. Individuals who deal with thoughts of self-harm don’t usually want to end their life. Most actually give hints to the people around them that they are struggling and formulating these thoughts and need help.
